I don’t know if you know that we have our weaknesses. You can see it if you have a look at our Instagram account, which we heartily invite you to visit. You can find us on @whitesmokestudio_com. Of course, apart from photography, which sets the pace of our days and months or the way we see the seasons of the year, our crazy dogs (White & Smok) or sports, we have one BIG weak spot. Sweets. But not just your ordinary sweets, oh, no, no… On a daily basis we do our best to have a healthy, balanced diet and if we are tempted to have something sweet, it must be special, delicious and made with all natural ingredients. If it’s ice-cream, it must be the real thing. If it’s cakes, they must be from Sweet Project and if it’s Parisian macaroons, they must be exclusively from Sucre. And as we’ve tried the original ones from Pierre Herme on more than one occasion, we have a good reference point;) Poles can make it!
To make matters worse for us, the macaroon shop has started making ice-cream and cakes, so this summer there was no end to comparative tasting of our beloved treats. Thankfully, Michal keeps a watchful eye on our training regime so every weekend we are back in shape. Why are we mentioning it? Well, a certain couple booked our very last available Saturday in June at the very last moment. This way we met Agata and Pawel – they are, among others, responsible for the Sucre delicacies. No wonder we were looking forward to the wedding like children to Christmas;)
There’s one thing about Agata and Pawel that made us really ‘click’ from the moment we met. They are passionate about their work. They really put their hearts into what they do and you can feel it. Nie wiem czy wiecie, że mamy swoje słabości.. Można to zaobserwować jeśli zerkniecie na nasze konto na instagram do czego zapraszamy. Znajdziecie nas pod hasłem @whitesmokestudio_com. Oczywiście poza fotografią, która wyznacza rytm dnia, miesięcy czy naszego postrzegania pór roku, naszych zwariowanych psiaków (White & Smok) czy sportu mamy jedną ogromną słabość. Słodkości. I to nie byle jakie. O nie! Na co dzień staramy się zdrowo i racjonalnie odżywiać i jeśli już skusimy się na coś to musi to być wyjątkowe, pyszne i zrobione z naturalnych składników. Naturalnie jak lody to takie prawdziwe. Jak ciacha to od Sweet Project a jak paryskie makaroniki to tylko i wyłącznie od Sucre. A ponieważ nie raz próbowaliśmy oryginału od Pierre Herme to zdecydowanie mamy dobry punkt odniesienia;) Nasi dają radę!
Co gorsza dla nas, manufaktura makaroników zabrała się też za lody i ciacha więc testom porównawczym naszych ulubionych przysmaków nie było końca tego lata. Całe szczęście Michał pilnuje treningów więc co weekend jesteśmy w formie. Dlaczego o tym wspominamy – otóż rzutem na taśmę pewna para zarezerwowała naszą ostatnią wolną czerwcową sobotę. Tym sposobem mieliśmy okazję poznać Agatę i Pawła – to między innymi oni stoją za tymi pysznościami od Sucre. Nic dziwnego, że na ślub czekaliśmy jak dziecko na Boże Narodzenie;)
Agata i Paweł mają jedną cechę, która spowodowała, że od razu złapaliśmy dobry kontakt. To pasjonaci oddani swojej pracy. W to co robią wkładają serce i zdecydowanie to czuć.
